Terra Mitchell is the owner and dyer behind Mitchell’s Creations. Her color ways allow you to add a little bit of the Bayou to your stash. The names of the yarn bases and many of our color ways are inspired by the landmarks, culture, sayings, foods, colors on houses and street art of New Orleans and Louisiana.
Family is an important factor in the day to day of Mitchell’s Creations. Sometimes they may have ideas on how something should be done, creative thoughts on new color ways or helping out in the dye atelier washing pans or labeling yarn.
Her Lagniappe Sock has 463 yards and is 75% superwash merino and 25% nylon.
