Is knitting or crochet your passion? The Flying Needles is hiring for a Team Flying Needles Clerk. If you can add, talk to customers and have a passion for all yarny things, it could be a match made in wool!

Responsibilities include:
Interacting with customers
Answering customer questions
Stocking yarn
Supporting special events as needed
Maintaining a positive, professional & inclusive work environment (Please see our statement)
Maintaining an attractive sales floor, shop cleanliness, organization and rotation of stock
Working cooperatively with other team members

Qualifications MUST include:
Excellent customer service skills
A sense of humor
Patience
Creativity
Reliability
Either an ability to knit or crochet
Self-motivation
Team Player
An ability to pay attention to detail
The ability to stand the majority of the work day

Experience working in a retail and/or customer service oriented environment preferred.
