Intarsia is a knitting colorwork technique that involves knitting with blocks of color. They can be in any shape or design you like, but the key is that when you change colors you don't strand the colors you're not working with across the back. Color Queen Elizabeth Gorny will teach this 1-session technique class held from 10 am to 12 pm Saturday, Jan, 20.
By the end of this two-hour class, you will have a heart in worsted weight yarn.
All materials can be purchased at The Flying Needles for 10% off after registration. The class is limited to 6 people. Register for this class by stopping by or calling us at (757) 345-3655.
