Decking your halls, handmade style! Meet Spirals & Chevrons by Rae Blackledge. Guest Instructor and S&B knit night ringleader MaryAnne Teal will lead you through this quest of taking the commercial out of your Holiday Season and making it uber personal. These cuties take a minimum amount of time and materials – WE PROMISE! AAAAAND a great gift idea for a teacher or a Holiday hostess.
These ornaments are knit in the round with 40 yards of fingering or sock-weight yarn. Conveniently, we have 40-yards of hand-dyed yarns from our friends at Done Roving! And in colors galore!
This 1-session class will be held twice, once in the day and another in the evening. The first class will be held from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7; the second class is 10:30 am to 1 pm Tuesday, Dec. 13.

Class Level: Intermediate
Skills required: You must be able to cast on, knit, purl, k2tog and yarn over.
What you will learn: A circular cast on.
Materials: 40 yards of fingering weight or sock yarn (in stock for $4), size 2 circular 40” needles for Magic Loop or 2 circulars, a medium-sized plastic ornament (we have these in stock for $1), a pin-type stitch marker and a tapestry needle.
