Lovely, Leafy Hat
This lovely, leaf hat will have people in awe of your KNITTING JUJU! Not for the feint of heart, this Perennial Hat will challenge cable-happy knitters. Guest Instructor and S&B knit night ringleader MaryAnne Teal will build your cable courage in this 2-session class, which will begin 2 to 3:30 p.m. on both Tuesday, Nov. 29, and Tuesday, Dec. 6.

Class Level: Advanced
Skills required: You must be able to cast on and knit, purl, K2tog, SSK, and have some familiarity with cables
What you will learn: You will learn how to do unique cable stitches, cable without a cable needle and read a chart for cable knitting.
Materials: 125 yards of worsted weight yarn, size 7 AND 8 47” circular needles, stitch markers & tapestry needle
