Our beginning knitters are popping up like baby bunnies! In an attempt to keep you enthralled and challenged at the same time, MaryAnne has procured several clothing classes for you! This is the first with EspaceTricot’s Hill & Dale Cowl. Yep, you’re going to learn to knit in the round! It’s gonna be fun, we promise! Guest Instructor and S&B knit night ringleader MaryAnne Teal will lead this 2-session class held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Saturdays, Feb. 4 & March 4.

Class Level: Beginner
Skills required: You must be able to cast on & knit
What you will learn: Knitting in the round, double moss stitch and 2x2 ribbing, pattern reading, bind off “in pattern”
Materials: 400 yards of worsted weight yarn, size 6 and 8 24” circular needles, stitch markers, tapestry needle for weaving in ends
